Gavin Drake, Chief Marketing Officer

Gavin Drake is a 25+ year veteran of B2B software marketing with a passion for building scalable growth while developing powerful brands and passionate customers. Gavin brings experience across a range of company sizes, industries, go-to-market models and geographies.

Gavin joined Nicus from think-cell, where he served as CMO. Prior to think-cell, he led marketing at Ease Inc., another Spotlight portfolio company. As a 14-year veteran at Quark Software, Gavin ran the global marketing team and successfully developed and introduced the content automation software category, taking Quark to a category leadership position with a roster of global 2,000 clients.

He earned his BSc Hons degree in Physics and Business Studies from De Montfort University in the UK and a Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Gavin resides in the beautiful state of Colorado with his wife and 2 children.
