Ron Wastal is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the B2B software industry, specializing in building and scaling venture and private equity backed software companies.

He has held leadership positions at prominent technology firms, including Teradata, Sybase, Ascential, IBM, CastIron, MuleSoft, Jitterbit and Apptio focusing on Databases, APIs, Integration, Data Warehousing, Analytics, and Hyper-Automation. His skills include Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Channels and M&A.

In his current role as Chief Ecosystem and Partner Officer at Nicus, Ron is focused on developing strategic partnerships and expanding the company’s partner ecosystem.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Investments from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA in Corporate Strategy from Pepperdine University.
